First you will need the following tools
Horizon
HxD or hex workshop
So download them first
Then you will want to grab your save off of you HDD or USB stick then proceed to put your save into horizon go to the contents tab and click extract on the continue.sav and save it to desktop

Once thats done you should have a file called continue open this up in either hex workshop or HxD once thats done click on the find button and make sure the type is on text string then search your essence you currently have at the minute i hold 10691 so i can max this out to 99999

If you have lets say a three digit number like 452 you can only max it out to 999 and then you have to earn more essence which you may get like for example 1345 then you can re do the steps to max it out which would be 9999 anyway once thats done make sure you save it then go back to horizon and right click on continue.sav and click replace and pick the file you just edited once its successfully replaced click the rehash and resign button and inject it back into any memory device you are using
