Silent Hill 3 Modded Save (God mode or Infinite Ammo)

I'm bored of it and want to run through it as quick as I can to see how fast I can do it for the hell of it.

Anyone got a save with god mode or unlimited ammo? I'd use an editor, but there still isn't one out.

Yeah, that's all I could find as well. I don't get why there still isn't a Silent Hill 3 editor. I see multiple editors for Silent Hill 2.
