how can copy save to xbox 360?

i know this is 7 yrs old but to any one whos gone back to this game like me dont bother with this max save its useless 999 health items then when you fight in a battle and some thing on that list with 999 drops it drops you back down to 99 so dont bother the modding doesnt stick
