Hello 360haven,
I have been trying to use the compression tool by fairchild for a few hours, and i realized that its too much for me to handle(extracted the con, fired up the tool on cmd, followed the steps, tried different methods, etc),so i would like if possible,a modification on my save.

Idlehands editor seems spectacular and once again i come to ask for someone that would be kind enough to mod this save for me:
(The save is attached)

Scientist - 100
Engineers - 100
Alien Corpses/Artifacts - 100 of each type available in current editor
Alloys, weapon fragments, elyrium(all components in general)- Max

Exactly!
Thanks for replying.

Edit: I have learned how to use the tools properly,so this request should be ignored.

On the other hand,if people are having trouble modding their own saves,i can lend you a hand and mod them for you.

The only editor that I can find is on some website where you have to take a survey or download something to your computer. I have tried both and it still wouldn't download for me. Is there anyway someone can put the editor up here or at least give a starter save with awesome stats?

That same editor is right here on this site. The site you are refering to is a phishing site that is using idlehands save editor as a lure.
Here is the editor: http://www.360haven.com/forums/showthread=18554-%5Brelease%5D-xcom-editor.html

If you want me to mod it for you, just put ur save here(full save, not con) and specify what you want modded.

I'm having trouble using this compression tool kit. This is the first time trying to use a compression tool kit and I'm having no luck. If anyone is willing to help me out it would really be appreciated. If possible I would like a max all mod. Thnx in advance.

Many thanks for the step by step. Just having a little problem.
Dragged the save editor into CMD, added the spacebar and -d
dragged my save game into CMD twice and edded the .d exactly like you said.
When i press enter the editor opens and I have no idea where the save1.d has been saved to? its not in the target folder where my original save is or anywhere else on my laptop for that matter.
Should it make the save1.d in the same folder as the original file? if so mine is not :(

Many thanks
