Making a save editor based on the research you have given :)

that will be great :)

but it is very hard to do that because the address always changing .. and also there is one guy how made a tool but it did not work especially if you change the character name in the beginning of the game .. if you one that will actually work . you will be the first to do so ..
good luck :)

That was easy to find. What I can't find is the base editor used to covert dec to hex. At least an editor that will give me a bunch of 0s before whatever number is translated.

Also what do you do if your search in hex edit finds several matches?

I found a hex editor with the base converter and it works perfectly. Thank you so much for this, now I can hex edit other games I'm interested in that have no portection but no intrest like Zoids Assault.

experience and money is easy to find. talent points is the one that is closest to your characters name.

tell me if you have a question .
I've got a question. I'm not having any issues editing the things listed here, but what I'm having trouble with is how to edit morality. Where is paragon/renegade stored?

If you're using Windows, just use the calculator app. It can instantly switch between decimal and hexadecimal, plus it save space since you don't have to install anything extra.

goodluck with it.
No, what he means is that you need to list how much of what you want modded you already have. For instance, tell us what you current HP is, your current skill points, current money, etc. We need to know what it is right now so we can look for that number, then change it.

Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen. M E has been out for a while, and no editor has ever been produced. Shame.
We're stuck with hexing.

Every time I edit the save file and reinsert it with Horizon to the USB on my XBOX it gives me the error "disc unreadable clean it"

I followed every step carefully from here. When I found my exp hex value, I deleted the highlighted numbers, double clicked on 'overwrite' at bottom of HxD (to change it to 'insert'), then saved it and injected it back into my save using Horizon. I got this info from here:

http://www.thetechgame.com/Tutorials/id=4776/how-to-manually-mod-a-game-save.html

But that made no difference. Hoping somebody can help??
