Heres a modded save data that i got from youtube a while ago.....it had neon cars....traffic cars....and online cars for use offline.....theres a tut on what u have to do inside the rar and also the features......No virus or anything so dont worry....

This does not work resigned and rehashed with modio and horizon it freezes on loading. also your usb xtaf program does not work either, it says loading and done but does nothing copying doesn't work, you have to manually put the id's in and still after resigning and rehashing it crashes save yourself the trouble and take all the crap from the download and make it a workable xbox 360 modio save modio does all the profile and other id's and auto rehash and resign, ill say again LEAVE THE OTHER CRAP OUT FIX IT WITH MODIO MAKE IT USABLE WITH HORIZON(YOU ARE ON A HORIZON SITE BTW) and MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFOR YOU UPLOAD IT AGAIN. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Second don't bother with this modded save wait until he links a working one without all the other stuff.
