This save starts right after you get to Wellsprings. You have max everything that I could buy at that time. Max money, max ammo for every gun, max ingredients, and max racing certificates. Rehash and resign with Horizon and enjoy. Big thanks to Dorkusrex and Oscar193 for helping me make this save.

Edit: I uploaded a better save with max pop rockets, fat mammas, lock grinders, homing missiles, sentry turrets, and sentry bots.

Im looking for a start save with all max items,money,ammo including the Anarchy dlc stuff (like the crimson armor) but most importantly max Apophis infusion that would be cool.

Did you pick up any of the collector cards in the first few missions? because if you didn't one of the settlements gets shut off and you cannot get one of the cards.

This save starts with max ammo and items except apophis infusion but it does have the Anarchy dlc stuff and you start with the crimson armor equipped.
