Is there a Brink SE??

Just curious because i just borrowed this game about a week ago from a friend and was wondering is there a SE for it?
Or does anyone have a save with all characters/classes maxed with everything unlocked?

I just beat the game is there a TUT on how to use the editor? Only thing i wanna be able to mod is skill points.. Can you tell me where that is so i can unlock all skills and abilities
