random profile status question

So this guy http://www.360haven.com/forums/membe...-antiklimactik just recently posted something....and his status is one hit wonder and lurker...no I get what a one hit wonder is but what the hell is the lurker for? Im not asking why he specifically has it just in general cause I've seen it before... does that happen when they post one thing then delete there account? Cause I thought if you get banned it would say that. Sorry for the Randomness im just really nosey :)
