pc fable the lost chapter game save to xbox 360

I have fable the lost chapters game save on my pc. I like to to trafer it of to my xbox 360 which i have the game for it. Can it be done.

sadly no, the game save files and filetypes are different , and therefore can't be read correctly.

is there a way to take the game save of the xbox 360 on to a flash drive
