Did the same for me as I'm still on an older dash (13146). Try making it into a god container using the latest iso2god program, worked fine for me after that.
I put it in God Format and i still get the Error Game could not Start try redownloading
Which dash are you on? And do you use Freestyle Dash?
Not sure how much of a difference it makes but I use the latest Freestyle Dash and Dash Launch. Every game I've made into god format so far has worked with the exception of Forza 4 which has some kind of extra checks built into it.
Im using the latest Freestyle Dash and Dash Launch. And for some reason i cant get it to work. I have Skyrim in GOD format and that boots just fine. This is the Only game ive ever had problems with. Any other ideals to help get this working would be Much Appreciated
Have you disabled plugins like xbdm that can cause crashing?
I forget that one ALL the time and if i recall, Batman needs modifications to it to work with xbdm alongside it, fairchild sorted that one out, I'd disable it for good measure (just add a 1 to its name or something) since even if something runs with it, it can still crash.
Skyrim on the other hand will play with xbdm no problems.
I happen to know it has nothing to do with avatars or anything else missing from an initial jtag flash since i don't have any of that installed, im on 13599 (or w/e) and i just update my dash launch and fsd as i go. I also played batman from GOD.
How Do you disabled plugins?
i do it over ftp, in this case you can just find your xbdm.xex and rename it for example xbdm1.xex and reboot the xbox.
This is all assuming of course you even have that plugin running.
Plugins are listed in your dash launch file called launch.ini i think, its one of the .ini anyway. just edit out the line refering to the plugin and reboot the console.
