Hurricane Sandy took my PC.. is there a way to mod using a smart phone?

I know this is an extremely stupid question but i just want to know, i haven't been on because my PC is gone along with many other of my belongings thanks to hurricane Sandy. A friend of mine let me borrow his xbox to use because i don't have one anymore everything modding related was on my PC but is all gone now.. So i was wondering is there a way to use these mods on my phone? I'm sure there isn't but i was just hoping.. or does anyone have a PC or laptop they would like to give away?
