fairchilds minecraft decrypter is not working

ive been trying to use fairchilds minecraft decrypter
here is what im putting

minecraft -d savegame.bin save.txt


Now im decompressing savegame.bin and output is save.txt
it keeps giving me an error saying it cant run and it just exits..

it says

DEBUG ERROR!

PROGRAM: c:\CODY\DESKTOP\MINECRAFT.EXE

this application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

I'm not sure if im doing it right, please do post back... ive been trying to work this for hours
