Looking for help with injustice skin mod

I've been modding skins on my jtag for a bit now, I'm stuck trying to get reskins
Back into the injustice. .xxx files. I'm using gildorsforum for alot of help. I've extracted
My xenon .xxx file and changed my 2dtextures. I'm stuck at injecting back into the .xxx file.
I have tried using a ddsinjector but it doesnt work on xbox files. It says its injected after a couple hours
But it crashes ingame at loading vs screen. There's a program called xpacker with many 360 functions, I believe
It's used I WWF games alot, and has swizzle abilities. Anyone with ideas definitely respond with ideas.
