I believe you just load each save then re-save to an open slot which will pop those specific achievements.

Anyone try this yet to see if it works? There was another one floating around that was supposed to work, but I never got it to.

I am only missing the achievement for doing every mission on every difficulty, but if this will pop it then I might just go this route.
