Back to the Future jumps to the Wii
Attachment 3195
Wii owners who are jonesing for some flux capacitor action needn't wait much longer. A compilation of all five episodes of the point-and-click Back to the Future adventure, which came to PC and PlayStation 3 earlier this year, will finally makes its Nintendo debut on October 25.
The gist is that players guide Marty McFly - voiced by someone who sounds eerily like Michael J. Fox - through a series of crazy adventures in time, trying to set the universe right and save Doc (whose role was reprised by Christopher Lloyd). Naturally, things go awry, and it's up to you to point and click until things are once again as they should be.
The nice thing about this title coming to Wii is that the game is a match made in heaven for the Wii remote. If you're a fan of the series, or of light-hearted point-and-click adventures, this is definitely something to consider. For $20 you get all five episodes with a control set-up that perfectly suits the game.
