Fallout 3 trainer?

I apologize up front(if double post) but I had submitted post previously but I can't find it so I might have not hit save. I searched but didn't come up with any results for my submission. I was looking for a fallout 3 trainer. I found a "save editor" but would like to know if there is a trainer. Can someone point me to the link if there is one? I have searched but no luck.

I had seen this link, but I didn't see fallout 3 on the list?

Edit: I have tried the trainer but it doesn't load for falllout 3. I am able to load it for other games?
