OT: if there was a Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi tool you would find it here but sadly there isn't.
Request it and it might be made if there is something to be modded and if anything exists in the save file.
There is already a thread for this and a tool is been worked on by Renegade and Slyfuldragon, there's no ETA yet but it will be done when its done.
