How to use:
1) Open TPP_SAVE_DATA in Horizon's Package Manager and extract the file TPP_GAME_DATA0 from it.
2) Run this editor, select the extracted file and mod what you want.
3) Open again TPP_SAVE_DATA in Horizon and replace TPP_GAME_DATA0 and TPP_GAME_DATA1 with the modded file.
4) Rehash & Resign

FAQ:

Q: Can I use this editor after using Amany's editor?
A: My editor is meant for unaltered saves, so if you used Amany's editor before it can cause serious problems and I can't guarantee any functionality.

Have you followed the instructions and opened TPP_GAME_DATA0 and not TPP_SAVE_DATA?
If you are sure, please send me your save file and your amount of GMP and Herosim.
