The first save is right at the beginning of the game, treat it as a template.
The 19% has 3 upgrades avaliable. Nothing much else to mention as that seems the only thing moddable really, haven't checked myself.
Theres also XP but you can see neither that nor your navigation bar (a stupid design really) till you spend the points.
