PS3 and Killzone 3 Get Bundled

Next week (seven days from this very moment, in fact), Killzone 3 will finally reach eager gamers waiting for their next chance to ruthlessly murder some Helghast. To commemorate this event, Sony has announced a new PlayStation 3 bundle that, because of its price, is worth a second look.

The Killzone 3 PlayStation 3 Bundle will be released on the same day as the standalone game. The bundle includes a standard, slim PlayStation 3 unit packing a 160GB harddrive, as well as a copy of Killzone 3. Why is this so notable? Because the bundle retails for $299.99, the same exact price that you would spend on a PlayStation 3 with no game at all.
