Today BioShock Infinite developer, Irrational Games, announces a promotion that gives fans the chance to be immortalized in the floating city of Columbia. Through the "Name In the Game" promotion, one person will be chosen to be incorporated into BioShock Infinite as the namesake of a character, a business, or a building – whatever the Irrational development team comes up with.
Past Irrational games have paid tribute to team members with locations like BioShock's Sinclair Spirits and Robertson's Tabaccoria. This time, the gaming community is getting a shot.

About BioShock Infinite
BioShock Infinite is set during the turn of the century in the city of Columbia, a floating metropolis in the sky. Once a shining symbol of American political power and technological prowess, Columbia has gone rouge and finds itself engulfed in a bitter civil war. Players assume the role of a hired man sent to Columbia to rescue a mysterious kidnapping victim, only to find the target in the center a heated battle between two dangerous, warring factions. Players will be treated to deep narrative gameplay, god-like abilities, and a wide array of advanced weaponry as they attempt to rescue their target from the crumbling, art nouveau-inspired city that was once the marvel of the world.
