Most likely you see the resources from your FOBs, that can't be modded and are saved online on their servers.

Yeah your standard save you didn't modded + all values (GMP, Heroism and all Resources), so I can check if my editor is working fine or not.
To answer your question: It's not possible to mod saves...
Can you send me your save (The best would be your untouched backup save) with the right amount of GMP, Heroism and Resources?
We didn't look for muffler and ammo yet, so can't say if it's possible or not.
