No. I'm getting ready to start over without unlocking items.cant pick up vehicles, etc without it.

Have same problem as everyone else can't upgrade Fulton, idroid, etc. Also max currency drop back to 5000000 in game?

i tried following the hex tutorial for the original but couldn't locate weapons location after finding the starting location marker. even just praxis points & money would be great.

i can't log in the editor to use it. says wrong username/pass even.

-- found the problem. had the extract it, couldn't use it inside winrar
