the save editor it´s allrigth, i had the same problem. what you need to do is this: star a new game and complete one mission and then use the save editor. it worked for me

i have this problem when i try to load my savegame, the save editor doesn´t recognize it. it sais: "some vital database resources are missing. this missing resources will need to be downloaded first"

you have to extract one of the last two data0, or data1 of your gammesave to edit yor game. try this one i did
