That game hit the shelf a long time ago. The online had so much promise but it feels to much like a beta test.

Its a tie between call of duty ghosts or dragons dogma dark arisen. Cant stand or play either of them.

You can use modio which I really wouldn't recommend. I prefer horizon because there is less chance of failure.

Never really tested it but when you set a stat over 99 does it just reset itself to 99 or does it still keep increasing all the skills its associated with.
