    Most likely you see the resources from your FOBs, that can't be modded and are saved online on their servers.

    Yeah your standard save you didn't modded + all values (GMP, Heroism and all Resources), so I can check if my editor is working fine or not.

    To answer your question: It's not possible to mod saves...

    Have you followed the instructions and opened TPP_GAME_DATA0 and not TPP_SAVE_DATA?
