What difficulty are these done on? After loading the last level do both Ooh-rah! (Complete the campaign story) and Semper Fidelis (Complete the campaign story on Hard) pop for you?

This is over 5 years old.

How do they expect to unload 6,000 copies without it making it's way back to some proper authorities? (not to mention hiding the truck)
