Thank you very much. This is a godsend, I accidentally deleted my game and I really didn't want to start over again. I've been tweaking my game saves and finally figured out a how to make the program do what I needed it to do.

38. 140,500
39. 155,500
40. 170,500
Level 1 500 XP
Level 2 1100 XP
Level 3 1800 XP
Level 4 2600 XP
level 5 3500 XP
And 2,364XP into level 5
The calculation would then go like this
So 500+1100+1800+2600+3500+2364=11864
so 11864 is level 5 with 2364 xp. basically the xp kind of stacks and restests so if u add another 999999 it will continue to level u past 35 untill it uses it all again
thank you very much shunter6669 for the list awsome
If you just want to skip straight to level 40, put in "2247999". You have to go around killing 40 enemies, but that shouldn't be a problem. You'll have some left over experience, but it will just sit there and shouldn't bother your game.

Thanks very much this seems awesome, although I'm having a little trouble using it.
I'd like to edit my weapons and health and money and carry weight, but everytime i try, the only things that take effect are my carry weight and money, both the increased health and weapon mods dont seem to do anything for me.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks very much for the Save Editor, is there an easier way to find items in the item list, any help would be appreciated.
In my experience, I found that if you save after each edit (for example, put on a plus 60% damage boost, save, put on 40% armor, save) it helps a lot.
Also, for damage, there are 3 sets of 10-60% damage boosts at the bottom of the list. Go for the first set.
Also, the "Sneak +1" freezes your game.
@Maak: The best way I know of is taking out all your items except what you want modded then going out and either getting beat up (if its armor) or beating EVERYTHING up (if its a weapon) and comparing the weapon conditions. Then put the IDs onto notepad or something. Past that, there is no other way to easily find your weapons

Thanks Darkshadowmark, actually I figured it out after I posted, just to bad you can't mod up to 20-30 Items at one time.
