    You need to open the save on horizon or any other program of your preference go to content and extract one of the saves you find there .. Then it'll work wit the editor .. After modding inject/replace that save again in the content tab .. Rehash/resign and your good to go

    Thanks for the reply. I followed these steps but the same error message continues to pop up when I try to open the extracted save into Gibbed. I tried doing it with Horizon and Modio.

    Has anyone found a way to increase the level of weapon mods? Would love to level up my sniper time dilation mod.

    So has anybody found a way to edit the powers themselves yet? I'd love to take both upgrades at the end of Incinerate's tree for an Engineer.

    They're included in the same collection as the guns. Just change the value you find with each mod.

    When i go to the weapon mods collection I see my 2 weapons listed on the left and on the right i see Mod Class name and Weapon Class name. Weapon class name lists the ID of the sniper rifle and Mode Class name has the ... to see more. Clicking that lists the 2 mods I have in the weapon in a text box like this.

    SFXGameContent.SFXWeaponMod_SniperRifleTimeDilatio n
    SFXGameContent.SFXWeaponMod_SniperRifleDamage

    However, it does not seem to have any number associated with it. Can you give me any further direction?

    You need to go to the Player Variables collection, which includes the guns. Once there, scroll down through the list to find the mods you want and there should be a Value box displayed under the name on the right side of the Collection Editor.
