Some people said, you need to put the plugins setting in launch.ini and put xppdll.xex in the root of hdd, but I never do that...just ignore that part or try both, it doesn't hurt to have extra files in your hdd.

the Japanese version is 100 % English sound and text

yep aos10 is right, jap version is complete in english + multi 5 subtitles

if u got the rf version can u pls upload all 4 xexfiles?
