Silent Hill HD Collection Editor

Here's a quick editor for the Silent Hill HD Collection.
It only supports Silent Hill 2 for now, Silent Hill 3 will be added when I get around to play it.

Note:
If you mod an item you currently don't have in your inventory, the modded value will show once you pick one up.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

requires .net Framework 3.5
