The Witcher 2 "please insert disc 2"

u can start a new game even w/o disc 2 but when u reach chapter 3 (Loc muine) it'll prompt u to insert disc 2

I am a total noob so explain everything to me. I have a modded jtag xbox 360 which has hard disk mod and I got witcher 2 cd's which are pirated and used xbox backup creator to extract both the cds. After that I copyed it on the hdd and started the game. When I start the game it says "disc 2, please insert disk 1" Everthing in both the folders which are disk one and two. What should i do. I have xex menu.tell me?
