    This is what I'm doing.

    -> open fairchildGUI
    -> decompress "dundefheroes.dun"
    -> open "decompressed" in hex workshop
    -> edit everything
    -> save
    -> open fairchildGUI
    -> compress
    -> select dundefsave
    -> open modio and replace the dundefsave in my HDD with the edited one

    -> open "decompressed" in hex workshop
    -> edit everything
    -> save
    -> open fairchildGUI
    -> compress
    -> open save into Modio/Horizon and click the Contents Tab
    -> replace "DunDefHeroes.dun" file with "DunDefHeroes.dun.rebuilt"
    -> Delete the dundefsave and the Backup Save off my HDD and put the modded one on HDD

    I don't have a dundefheros.dun.rebuilt.

    The only things in my DDMod folder are:

    dd.exe
    decompressed
    dundefheroes.dun
    dundefsave
    fairchildGUI

    Make sure you are using the newest version of the GUI (I don't use the GUI so I don't know what it does/doesn't do). If that doesn't work try using the CMD Decompression tool.

    My files are:
    Code:
    DunDefSave
    DunDefHeroes.decompressed
    DunDefHeroes.dun
    DunDefHeroes.dun.rebuilt
    dd.exe

    First things first, Idlehands is anything BUT a troll, without him I doubt DunDef modding would even exist and you insulted one of the biggest modders on then site so be grateful he still wants to help. On topic though, Just use the decompression toolkit and do it The way Idlehands says, the GUI is too bugged for my liking :/
