have you try to duplicate the perk that left you carry more wieght ?

Be careful when you change the equipment level, make sure it's for the equipment you want to change. I accidentally made an ancient scroll and a lantern three star and am now unable to unequip it hahaha...no big deal, since I use the lantern all the time anyways and the ancient scroll doesn't weigh that much.

If you don't want the item to become equipped after modding the level then change it to this:

Equipped Level:

3 - 0 Stars
13 - 1 Star
19 - 2 Stars
35 - 3 Stars
67 - Wyrmfire

Unequipped Level:

1 - 0 Stars
9 - 1 Star
17 - 2 Star
33 - 3 Star
65 - Wyrmfire

The Unequipped level is always the Equipped Level -2.
