did you put all 3 files to the trainer in the game folder with the default.xex??? This wont work for me. Ive tried a few times and it wont work. It says cheats enabled but nothing. I even did like the video and let my health deplete some still nothing. Maybe starting a new game would work??

Try these offsets...

414EACA0 <-- gold medals has max of 9,999,999
414EACA4 <-- silver medals has max of 999
414EAD02 <-- lolipops has max of 3

411D2D8E<-- health offset! where i was in game my health was maxed at 200.
