His save isn't going to have all the suits unlocked since it's date based meaning the logos will only appear at the specific dates. If you want all the logos to appear you'll have to disconnect from live and change to a later date, something similar to the Calendar Man from Arkham City. The save only has all the suits that are currently available be it via unlocked through game completion or through the specific dates so right now the only dated suit is the Scarlet 2012 suit.

Example is I changed the date to let's say December 2012 and found the Spider-Man 3 black suit.

Northeast and nearest to the Oscorp building there's a park that is not square shaped. At the park there's a pagoda. The emblem is under the roof of said pagoda.

Does this save unlock achievements? I hoping not, but I douth it. Can someone verify please.

I have no clue if it unlocks achievements but I just updated the save at least I hope I chose the right file lol, so it has more costumes unlocked. So let me know If you got more costumes then just the default and cross species and scarlet spider

To me the save unlock 7 extra costumes,
Big time, Negative zone, Future foundation, Classic black suit, Scarlet 2012, New Black suit, Cross species and default (no belt) and the time zone feature (day, night...)
just rehash/resighn with Concept and add it with Horizon.
