[Remake][PC/Xbox360] Dark Souls Save editor V3.0.7.0

I can't seem to get it working on PC. I tried doing nothing except adding souls and when I tried to load the save it just failed. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the editor just doesn't work with the latest version of DS. If possible, can you make a tutorial for successful editing? Thanks.

Each time I click the latest link a pop-up appears saying "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded" I'm not sure if that's Norton saying it or my computer itself but when it does pop-up it doesn't give me the option to change it. So, is there a way to temporarily disable Norton or something?

Just worked for me as you said disable your norton for a minute and try it.

You Move or copy your save file from your Xbox 360 to your USB/Device and plug into your computer.

Also note this is Dark Souls Thread, not Diablo.

I have an interesting problem with mine. It worked for about a week and then when I went to change something it all stopped working properly. Every Dark Souls save I move onto the usb is unable to be moved back. I can still move saves from others games back and forth. The main problem is the save. When I load it back into the game and make any progress, the next time I load into the game it was like I never did anything. I have tried creating a new save and then moving over and modding it, but the same issue occurs. Any ideas as to what to do?

P.S. The editor is working fine. No crashes or error messages.

Is this still being worked on, or is it on hiatus until something else is done, like a Dark Souls 2 editor? I think, before new features are added to the Xbox 360 editor for this, the PC editor should be fixed.
