4 triad upgrades
3 melee upgrades with 2 statues to turn in
face level 4
7 health shrines found
Looks like total distance driven is 100mil or so and Total distance traveled on foot the same

Nothing else noticeable.

Skull, can you post a couple saves on how many melee tiers you have unlocked for the top and bottom? I managed to mod 8Balls save to have all the top + the last one on the right unlocked but i didn't know that at the time (wasn't looking to mod that) so i want to try to find that again.

Save 3 Has 2 unspent points.
Save 4 Has 1 point spent in top tier.
Save 1 has both those points spent 1 in each tier.
