Updated tool again, added a bunch of stuff to mod (thanks to Jappi88) and thanks to kill_seth for fixing a bunch of stuff.

Hit max health and it will give you the extra health that you would normally get by collecting all the health shrines except you don't need to collect them to use the max health!

Okay so when I tested it I already modded my health shrines so use Jappi88's to complete all the health shrines then use mine and click max health.
