Has anyone got this glitch where you cant change clothes? I used this editor to max out my money, melee, cop points, triad points, face points, and experience. I went out and bought all the clothes available. It might not have anything to do with the editor...

Nope, I'm able to change my clothes and I have everything maxed out

Also whenever you buy new clothes it should switch your current clothing to whatever you bought
