The same thing happened to me, just rename that file to Launch_trainer.xex or something like that and use it to launch the trainer. Don't rename the other files.

The game also freezes me. I activated only 1 trainer and the console froze. Restarted the console and activated 2, 3 trainers and still froze. I started the game by all possible formats. God, Disk, etc ... Once I activate the trainer, in any part of the game it freezes.
