No. It's easy to edit as-is.

- Extract the "saves.cfg" from the gamesave
- then open it in Notepad++ and edit the text but do not remove any spaces, etc.
- then save the file after editing
- then drag n drop the file onto the resigner
- then inject back to gamesave
- then rehash and resign the gamesave.
