theres only those stats for being a pro .. and the saves have different names .. one says be a pro 1 and another manager 1

they both say career but i think i found the values

FIFA 13 online pro's are server side, so even if you do manage to mod it you will get banned.

Only way to level your pro up is in pro ranked match or clubs.

Yep, a Career mode only Pro and a online Pro. Kinda sucks in my opinion haha.
