Questions about Xbox license transfer(to share a game with a Friend)

After reading more then 100 post about License Transfer to share games with a friend I couldn't find any answers to some things I was wondering.
OK, The person I want to share with:
They sign into my account on there system
Transfer my license
Then go to my Download history and start downloading what ever they want.

This is what I can't seem to find any where.
Say they queue up everything they want from my account,
Do they have to stay logged into my account while it downloading, or can they turn off there Xbox(or sign into there account while its still downloading)?
Last, they can delete my account after they get everything they wanted from my downloaded history?

doesnt work any more they now only allow 1 transfer a year they did alot of banning over this last year

Microsoft changed it. You can transfer content licenses from one console to another once every four months. Also, there are people still sharing there games. I just can not get an answer to my new ?'s. lol

if I delete or loose (say) and arcade game from my system, but I Transfer my license to a friends, will I be able to recover/re-download it on my system again?

If its a full game, and not just arcade, you may have to LT. But what I would do, say for Minecraft, is recover account with Minecraft. No need to LT, just go to download history and DL game. OK turn on other controller and sign into your account. Use the First controller to launch game and start playing. With your second controller, your account, join game. Ok now just play for a few minutes. Next sign out with first controller. Always leave your "new profile" on your xbox, just dont every play on it. The person who's account was recovered can now sign in and change their password.

my friend recovered his xbox account on my system then he did the transfer license thing, and i was able to get minecraft and marvel vs capcom 2 once everything finished downloading he deleted his account from my xbox and i am still able to play the games online.

If you account share don't download from history on the 360 console thats how they catch you, share it on dropbox etc then inject with horizon.
