I just finished the game...it was pretty sweet. Went for the no alerts/no kills/no powers achievements all at once....not really recommended but I did it after a weeks worth of being pissed off at the game. It seems to add guards to areas where I know I cleaned out...like they came straight out of the walls at times. I'm going to test a game save and upload the last level so anyone having trouble getting these three cheevos can unlock them.
