No but play through 1 Is completed and you have the choice to go into TVH when you go on continue.

Does using this save unlock the skins for your other characters made? I know the GDP file stores what you actually unlock, so in just curious.

Are the skins simply in the bag? Sorry if
I'm confused lol.

The skins are in your backpack, Just go into it and press a on the customization pickups.
