    Yes this is exactly the point of this Editor, so we don't have to get tons of kills with all the weapons and just mod them to over the amount and unlock those skills so we can buy them. Demon just hasn't found the values yet. This Mod tool at the moment only mods the number of kills you have for the Dog Tags Titles. I.E if you mod handguns to 2,000. Go look under dog tags titles, and you'll now have 4 stars next to it and shown as completed
