How do you get Verm to spawn? and where is the easiest place to do it?

Verm spawns easy at the beginning of Caustic Caverns with four level 50 characters, just don't kill anything, wait about 20 minutes, if he doesn't spawn, kill everything except for ultimates and let stuff respawn and try again.
