ok so i have an updated save that i use on my live xbox and transferred it to my rgh to play with the trainer, but it says i need to do an update to play that save. when i click update, it goes 3/4 then says the dirty disc error.
ive copied my live xboxs cache and put it in my rgh now when i click the default.xex it says that the game has been updated to a unrecognized version. lmao so i wondering how do you fix this never ran into a problem like this before.
i can play the game and trainer if i start a new game, but i want to use the save that i have been playing with lol

Try using FSD, then select the latest update. What do you mean you click update? It should be a simple use of FSD or manually copy the TU file(s) over the the xbox. Are you updating via the disc because if you are, that's a system update and is a big NO, NO for RGH/JTag.

If he is on the latest dashboard it doesn't matter none the less. All it would really do then is re-install the avatar files. But as Quicky said. Be very cautious. It can end up killing your JTAG/RGH functionality.

Have you been using a modded xex?
Title updates get really fussy about those, i had to revert my borderlands 2 mods to get the TU to work.
You could always just manually patch the xex but the problem is in compatability so thats more of an after thought.
There are 2 versions of the dishonored TU so make sure you have the right one as well.
